Licensed Showing Assistant for a Broker.
The Showing Agent must have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role.
Looking for agents that speak Russian, Spanish, French. English fluency is required. Assisting Broker with showing requests and setting up appointments, follow up on all showing requests.
$25 per show with a minimum of 5 showings guaranteed, plus the opportunity for a bonus at closing, paid quarterly.
