DelMorgan & Co., an internationally recognized investment bank headquartered in Santa Monica, California, is seeking an in-person or remote intern to help the Company advance its SEO and data processing capabilities and initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Analyst Intern to enhance our website's performance and drive our online presence. As a key supporter of our business development team, you will focus on optimizing our website’s structure and content to improve visibility and user engagement. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization and contribute to the growth of our digital footprint. Please note that this role is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Optimization: Support efforts to enhance user experience and site performance. Implement technical SEO practices such as improving site speed, mobile optimization and data interpretation. Ability to creatively work on initiatives.
• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy with a clear focus on increasing organic search rankings and visibility for key business areas.
• Analytics and Monitoring: Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console or other programming/data interpretation tools to track website performance and user engagement. Interpret data to make informed decisions and continuously help refine SEO strategies.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Prior SEO experience with a focus on website optimization is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
• Creativity and a passion for innovation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
