JOB OVERVIEW.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is also a self-starter and a strong individual contributor. If you’re passionate about crafting engaging and effective user experiences through content, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are driven to create exceptional digital experiences, we’d love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

Craft Clear and Engaging Content: Develop and optimize content for our digital platforms, including websites, apps, and other customer touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to create a seamless user experience that meets both user needs and business goals. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content strategy and improve the user experience. Use insights to refine and iterate on content. Develop Content Guidelines: Establish and maintain content standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a consistent voice and tone across all digital channels. Content Strategy: Define and implement content strategies that support user needs and enhance the overall user experience. A/B Testing and Analytics: Utilize A/B testing and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

PREFERRED SKILLS + EXPERTISE

7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear, user-centered content. Proven track record of developing content strategies and guidelines that enhance user experience. Proficiency in content management systems, user research tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma). Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Innovative, resourceful, driven, and passionate about crafting compelling user experiences through content.
