Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our clients team. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the product design team in an iterative, user-centered design process. Lead research responsibilities on complex, cross-functional projects across various domains. Analyze data from qualitative studies, including usability tests, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations. Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in idea generation and exploration as a thought leader. Design, execute, and coordinate high-impact research studies (generative, evaluative, in-person, remote, moderated, unmoderated, etc.). Translate research findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations. Partner with Market Research and Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to create a comprehensive view of user data to inform design. Maintain an organized and accessible database of past research documentation. Demonstrate a strong passion for design research and user-centered design. Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
