What You Get To Do Every Day: Champion a human-centered design approach, always putting our members’ needs, goals, and unique quirks front and center. Design seamless, intuitive user flows that make our opt-in patient communities a delight to use — testing, iterating, and improving to drive engagement. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to ensure we’re prioritizing and addressing the most important challenges for our members. Convey design ideas and decisions clearly and confidently, while embracing feedback and balancing efficiency with creative exploration. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in digital interaction design, with a proven record of crafting consumer-focused mobile or web apps and delivering high-quality interactions. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple priorities, working independently, and confidently owning your projects from start to finish. A naturally curious mind with a knack for redesigning interactions just for fun, exploring a wide range of UX articles, and effortlessly spotting real-world design flaws in everyday life. Expertise in design tools like Sketch or Figma, along with strong communication skills to effectively present and advocate for your ideas to diverse audiences. Experience designing for health or AI platforms is a big plus.
