Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can seamlessly blend user experience expertise with strategic product vision . This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of visual storytelling and art direction , capable of both hands-on execution and high-level design strategy. You’ll help shape the aesthetic identity and usability of products at the intersection of Generative AI, social, and gaming .

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from wireframes to polished visuals, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and artists to align user experience with core gameplay and business goals.
• Establish and evolve the visual identity and design language of our products, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic.
• Develop interactive prototypes and user flows to test and refine usability, gathering feedback from internal teams and users.
• Work with AI-driven design tools to explore new workflows, automation techniques, and creative possibilities.
• Guide art direction for UI elements, including icons, HUDs, menus, and in-game overlays.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design in gaming.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, visual storytelling, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for free-to-play games, understanding player behavior and engagement loops.
• Passionate about user-generated content (UGC) and open-world sandbox experiences, with a strong understanding of player creativity and emergent gameplay.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Strong art direction skills with an eye for composition, color, and typography.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and procedural content generation.
• Experience working on social or creator-driven platforms.
• Basic knowledge of game engines (Unity, Unreal) and implementation of UI assets.

Other Information:

Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
