Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant with a strong understanding of financial property operations, including debt management, asset tracking, cash forecasting, payroll, capital assets, and revenue analysis. This role is a key part of our collaborative and team-oriented accounting group, contributing directly to the financial health and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial strategy, planning, and execution for property accounting operations Manage financial accounts, payroll, budgets, cash receipts, and financial assets Handle transactions, debt management, and cash flow forecasting Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Maintain proper accounting procedures to support financial objectives Monitor and analyze financial data to provide meaningful insights Prepare detailed financial reports based on data analysis Provide recommendations to the CFO and ownership on financial best practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of accounting experience in the Real Estate industry (Multi-Family property accounting highly preferred) Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficiency in accounting software and databases (Yardi experience highly preferred) Excellent data management and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with strong time management abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting and Real Estate #J-18808-Ljbffr 3 Bridge Networks
