Responsibilities and Tasks: - Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
- Read and follow documented processes
- Check on equipment throughout the shift to ensure equipment is working properly
- Loads and unloads deliveries to and from regional branches
- Operate computer to enter necessary documentation
- Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Contributes to division results and performance
- Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
- Operate equipment specific to area such as:CARBON: Bag products, samples and test: Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace: Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon: calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant REGEN: Sort bottles by size and resin: Operate forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and on/off trucks: evacuates bottles, generating resin batches: fills and quality tests SDI products (process SDI product beginning to end).
Position Requirements : - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process
- Must complete site specific safety training and operator training
- Ability to communicate clearly to team members
- Familiarity with MS Office suites
- Preferred: some manufacturing/plant experience
- Preferred: forklift driving
- Site specific requirements:CARBON: Be able to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training

Salary range:
$40,300.00 - $64,500.00
