Senior Meals offered at Coastal Community Action Program - Pacific - Long Beach The Senior Nutrition Program consists of both congregate nutrition services to help increase the nutrient intake of older individuals who might not eat adequately. Through better nutrition, the program assists them in remaining healthy and independent in their communities. The client base is senior citizens over 60+, unless a person younger is accompanied by a senior. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week.
