Senior Financial Analyst
Garland, TX – hybrid, 3 days onsite

Vaco is working on behalf of one of our PE backed clients to onboard a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will almost entirely be dedicated towards forward-looking FP&A work with financial modeling at the forefront.

Compensation: $115-130K

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and full financial consolidated close
• Assist in build out of long range forecast
• Assist with Cash flow forecasting
• Utilize large sets of data to automate, save time, save money and overall improve the finance organization
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders such as sales and operations to develop and analyze KPIs, headcount and other important business trends

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of progressive experience within finance
• Breadth in finance experience – budgeting, forecasting, analyzing KPIs
• Ability to build and manipulate existing models
• Systems: expertise within Excel, major reporting systems
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with a problem-solving mindset.
