LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly expanding healthcare company based in Dallas, TX, seeking an experienced Remote Senior Finance Manager, FP&A to join their growing team.


The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis and accounting functions to support our client's growth objectives. This individual will own day to day FP&A and modeling work, month end close and assist in presenting results to investors regularly. Budget for this role is $140,000-$170,000 with target 20% bonus eligibility.



Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement best practices in financial operations

Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Healthcare technology industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Experience with Airbase software a plus but not required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholders
