What Will You Do:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to prepare environmental documents in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
• Contribute technical subject matter expertise related to natural, cultural or social considerations during environmental reviews.
• Coordinate and execute technical field work, including but not limited to aquatic resources delineation and vegetation surveys.
• Prepare aquatic resource reports and permits for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Facilitate agency consultations and assist with the presentation of information at public outreach meetings.
• Oversee technical reviews of analyses for quality assurance.

What Will You Bring:

• 6+ years of relevant environmental documentation and permitting experience.
• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental science, natural resources, ecology, environmental planning, or related disciplines.
• Ability to apply inter-related regulatory programs to specific projects.
• Excellent verbal and technical; written communication skills and experience in coordination and production of environmental review documents.
• Experience in coordination and production of Section 404 Clean Water Act, Section 401, Section 408, and Section 10 Permit applications.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple simultaneous work assignments. Ability to present data and project information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to travel to project locations on an as-needed basis (up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to develop business through a network of private and public entity contacts.
• TxDOT Precertification
• Completion of formal wetland delineation training through Wetland Training Institute, or equivalent
