Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Electrician Project Manager to lead multifaceted multifamily electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and electrical expertise to ensure the seamless coordination of teams, adherence to safety standards, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily electrical projects in the Austin and Central Texas region.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Review and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and oversee field personnel, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential delays or challenges.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on multifamily developments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multifaceted electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
