Job Title: Client Service Respresentative

Location: Castle Rock

Salary: $26-$30/hr DOE

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (1-hour lunch break)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to handle two of our major commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience and outstanding customer service skills to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling and coordination of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Handle two major commercial accounts with precision.
• Service Requests: Receive and manage service requests with a focus on accuracy.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all necessary service calls, maintaining constant accuracy.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email transactions.
• Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with company representatives.
• Follow Through: Ensure great follow-through on all tasks and commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Accounting experience preferred; attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
• Technology: Proficient in Service Trade (a huge plus), Outlook, and email scheduling.
• Flexibility: Ability to work with diverse personalities and be flexible in a laid-back yet hard-working team environment.
• Organization: Must be highly organized.
• Background Check: Required
