Job Description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Supervising Community Workers to work throughout Service Planning Area 7 & 8 (East and South Bay Region). The Supervising Community Worker will supervise, mentor, and provide programmatic support to a team of Community Workers.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/30/2025.
Pay Rate-
$28.49/hr working 40 hours a week

Minimum Requirements :

• Option I: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university -AND- two years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating a health-focused program with one year at a supervisory level
• Option II: Three years of experience supervising community workers and groups or similar experience at a public or private community-based organization, clinic, hospital, or health system
• A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
