The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits, as well as nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Duties: Provide legal counsel on business immigration matters to clients. Manage and oversee a wide range of immigration cases, including nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas. Handle PERM applications and labor certification processes. Conduct I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits. Represent clients in immigration proceedings before relevant agencies. Advise clients on immigration law compliance and best practices. Develop and implement immigration strategies to meet client objectives. Supervise junior associates and support staff as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of experience specifically in business immigration law. Extensive experience with I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits.
