Job Description Summary As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
Job Description Primary duties will include:
- Supervising a team of security officers and ensuring they are properly trained and motivated
- Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify and address security risks
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Conducting investigations into security incidents and preparing detailed reports
- Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems
- Assisting with the development and implementation of security training programs
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and employees
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
- Prior hotel/hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
