As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Fulton, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe for any irregular conditions within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences observed during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert to potential risks or issues within the logistics and distribution location and promptly escalate concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
