As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in greeting visitors, managing access control, and assisting with security-related communications. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Assist with visitor management and/or registration, maintaining accurate records as required by site policies.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to address inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific procedures.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and adherence to security-related protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
