**This role will focus on digital media, search optimization, social media marketing and analytics for the customer engagement team.

Summary:

We’re looking for an SEO Analyst to improve search rankings, traffic, and content performance. This role focuses on both technical SEO (site performance, indexing, metadata) and content SEO (keywords, optimization, user intent). You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and web teams to execute SEO strategies and deliver clear, measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and run SEO projects from start to finish
• Track and fix SEO issues (site speed, metadata, indexing, etc.)
• Monitor performance and provide regular reports on rankings and traffic
• Optimize for new platforms like AI-driven search and chatbots
• Stay up to date with SEO trends
• Conduct keyword research and make content recommendations
• Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to apply SEO best practices
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and JIRA

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical and content SEO
• Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or similar)
• Able to present SEO findings clearly to non-technical teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Skilled in SEO tools (Semrush, Google Search Console)
