San Diego Damage Restoration Pros, rapid growing local company, is seeking a skilled Water Damage Lead Technician to join our team in central San Diego, CA. If you’re passionate about restoring properties and thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead water damage restoration projects, including extraction, drying, and mitigation.
• Assess damage, document findings, and communicate with clients and team.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers).
• Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions.
