Description:
Birch Agency is actively hiring qualified and compassionate School Social Workers for the 20252026 school year near Flint, Michigan .
We are looking for professionals dedicated to supporting students emotional, behavioral, and social well-being in an educational setting.
Full-time and part-time positions available
Opportunities across all grade levels (K12)
Work within school-based teams to support students' mental health and success
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and collaboration with families and educators
Valid School Social Worker License issued by the State of Michigan
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
SSW-310 Temporary or Full Approval (per MDE guidelines)
Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
Experience working in school settings preferred
Starting at $45/hour
Weekly pay
