Job Description
School Social Worker
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to join our team for a long-term assignment supporting K–6th–grade students in a school-based setting. This role will consist of serving two campuses and providing direct and consultative social-emotional support to approximately 40 students total.

Location: Chicago, IL
Position Type: Full-Time, 35 hours/week
Duration: January 5, 2026 – June 4, 2026
Schedule: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm
Setting: On-site
Office Space: Provided
Responsibilities
Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to K–6th–grade students.
Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students at one campus and 20 students at another.
Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver targeted services.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and student support teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to meetings as needed.
Support schoolwide initiatives that promote student wellness and positive behavior.
Qualifications
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement.
School-based experience preferred.
Ability to work across two campus locations.
Compensation
$58,000 – $70,000 annualized salary (based on experience)
