Minimum 1+ years social worker experience required. A dedicated Social Worker is sought for a K-12 school setting in Albany, OR, for the remainder of the school year. Location: Albany, OR Contract Duration: ASAP to June 12, 2025 Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Caseload: K-12 students Responsibilities: Conduct suicide risk assessments and manage crisis situations. Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, community agencies, and administration. Perform threat assessments as part of a comprehensive student support system. Provide guidance and support to students dealing with behavioral and mental health issues. Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and academic success. Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher. Current state licensure or certification in social work. Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students. Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
