This full-time role is integral in promoting social-emotional development, mental health, and family engagement for our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will be committed to early childhood education and skilled in working within a team-based, student-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect social work services to PreK students and families Support students social-emotional and behavioral development through early intervention Collaborate with building-based teams, including: Student Assistance Teams Positive Behavior Intervention Systems (PBIS) Tiered Teams Crisis Response Teams Grade-Level Teams Whole Faculty Study Groups Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs and behavior plans Liaise with families and community resources to support student and family well-being Promote a positive, inclusive school climate through prevention and support services Qualifications: Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker (SW) Endorsement Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience with early childhood populations preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning (SEL), and MTSS Strong interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Weekly Pay: $40 $52 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Employee Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company matching Soliant
