Job Description Role: SAP FICO BSA Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term (Contract to Hire) Responsibilities: Lead and support SAP FICO initiatives, including implementing new functionalities and enhancing existing ones. Analyze requirements, articulate solutions, and configure SAP FICO modules to support finance operations. Mentor and support users and team members on SAP FICO functionalities, configurations, and transactions. Coordinate with global support teams and business users across time zones to develop and implement FICO functionalities. Collaborate with multi-functional and technical teams to prioritize work and deliver system solutions. Manage onsite-offshore resources for project execution, providing updates to project managers. Develop training documentation, conduct training sessions, and perform testing (Unit and UAT). Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of SAP ECC 6.0/S4/CFIN experience with a focus on FICO modules. Strong proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and technical skills, especially in Product Cost. Understanding of finance and accounting business functions and their IT impacts. Expertise in SAP FICO areas such as Product Cost, Actual Cost, Material Ledger, COPA, GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and SAP Security. Experience with non-SAP finance applications like Concur, Blackline, etc. Ability to architect solutions integrating FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Experience in project management, change control, and release management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Preferred Skills: Semiconductor industry experience, including fabless business models. Experience with SAP BW/BI and SAP BPC.
