Overview :
  • Support and enhance our Salesforce platform, with an emphasis on healthcare data interoperability and standards-based integrations.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration, user support, reporting, and configuration while helping ensure data quality, platform adoption, and alignment with healthcare interoperability requirements.
How you Will make a Difference:
  • Provide daily administration, user support, and issue resolution for Salesforce users in clinical and operational teams.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and access changes for healthcare users.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, list views, validation rules, and basic automations (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) under senior guidance.
  • Assist with configuration for updates and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare workflows.
  • Support efforts to integrate healthcare data using industry standards such as HL7 and FHIR, aiding in export/import mappings, validations, and interoperability workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on FHIR-aware data models and assist in validating integration flows in Health Cloud or integrated clinical systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for a variety of business functions, including admissions and clinical operations, care coordination, and executive decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality, implement basic cleansing processes, and flag systemic data integrity issues.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), Salesforce configurations, and healthcare data workflows.
  • Provide end-user training on Salesforce features, healthcare data entry standards, and system best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT/analytics teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you Need to make a Difference:
  • 1–3 years of Salesforce administration experience, including user support, security, reporting, and declarative configuration.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Healthcare domain experience (e.g., hospital, clinic, payer, managed care, post-acute care) with understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards: HL7, FHIR, clinical interoperability concepts, and how they surface in CRM integrations.
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools) and data quality practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical clinical stakeholders.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred (Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and clinical data models preferred.
  • Understanding of clinical interoperability frameworks and U.S. Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) preferred.
  • Experience working with integration technologies (Mulesoft, APIs) used for health data exchange preferred.
