Sales Representative - Business Development with a (Staffing Background)

This is an exciting opportunity from a rapidly growing company to work side-by-side with the Delivery Services Management Team to expand market share for our IT Services. The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for developing new sales leads, understanding customer needs, and closing the sale.

For this role we are seeking a Sales Representative that has business development background with Staffing experience between 3 to 10 years. Should be comfortable setting outside meetings with C-Level individuals.

LOCATION: Plano TX, 75093 (Hybrid in Office M/W/Th and 2 days work Remote)
POSITION: Direct Hire with company
SALARY RANGE: 90k to 100k plus 100k+ commission potential

Primary Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate leadership in developing new business, and building strategic, long-term, and high-value engagements.
* Building lasting relationships with client executives (CxO, VP levels)
* Build a pipeline of strategic accounts to meet the Quota targets.
* Develop account plans to maximize the value of the accounts for year over year revenue growth.
* Actively prospect and develop sales leads from various channels.
* Understanding of the Technologies & Services offered
* Previous experience selling SaaS solutions and/or Services both onshore and offshore Cloud Services/ Testing/Managed Services/Oracle, Microsoft, UI Path, and more.
* Manage complex sales engagements Identifying key decision-makers and build effective relationships.
* Work with Delivery partners and Client Partners to create the response for RFPs through collaborative engagement.
* Experience in growing multi-million-dollar customer relationships.
* Ability to understand client strategy, political/competitive landscape, and budget priorities.
* Manage and update CRM records.
Qualifications Required:
* Bachelors degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Seeking people with the 3 to 7 years of Sales experience.
* Selling SaaS Solutions/ IT Services Sales onshore and offshore is a plus
* Track record of over-achieving quota.
