OVERVIEW:

The Sales Assistant is a team player that contributes to the achievement of the success of VIC (Very Important Client) initiatives and outreach, delivering the highest standards of the client experience and providing overall assistance to the sales and events teams as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• A company ambassador on appointments and assist during events
• Process consignments and requests and returns
• Packing, gift wrapping and providing support during payment
• Managing client database for VIC Ambassador and sending gifts
• Serve as a liaison between Ambassador and clients
• Sales support by providing the best service, assisting clients through the selling process
• Stock and inventory management, as well as administrative activities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality, preferably luxury
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
