Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a firm in Baltimore County! Our client is a company committed to delivering exceptional services. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management:
o Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
o Assist with office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
o Ensure the office environment is clean and welcoming.
* Administrative Support:
o Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
o Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping:
o Input and update data into company systems accurately.
o Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records.
o Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Customer Service:
o Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
o Address basic inquiries and redirect to appropriate staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required.
