We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated RV Sales Professionals to join our team in Springdale. As an RV Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the RV buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers visiting our dealership.
• Understanding customer needs: Engage in conversations to identify customer preferences, travel styles, and budget considerations.
• Showcasing RVs: Conduct thorough walkthroughs of RVs, highlighting key features, benefits, and available options.
• Answering questions: Address customer inquiries about RVs, financing, warranties, and the RV lifestyle.
• Building rapport: Establish trust and build relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Closing sales: Effectively present sales offers, negotiate terms, and finalize sales transactions.
• Following up: Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Staying updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new RV models, and competitive offerings.
