Location: Delran, NJ

The Estimator is responsible for estimating commercial roofing projects, bidding and providing detailed proposals for customers. The Estimator is a key member of the sales team and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial roofing projects
• Compile customer information and generate comprehensive and accurate proposals
• Provide technical assistance to customers and prospects
• Identify roofing problems/issues and develop solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of roofing products and services
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers
• Keep up with competitive pricing and changing trends in the industry
• Perform on-site visits as required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing 
• 5+ years of experience with estimating 
• Excellent knowledge of roofing materials, installation procedures, and building codes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
