Responsibilities:
· As a member of the marketing team, you will help deliver world-class, customer-focused personalization to millions of members.
· You will collaborate across marketing functions to support the development of multiple programs through different marketing channels and act as a liaison between strategists and operations partners, both internal and external to the organization.
· We are looking for someone who is curious, inspired to improve our customers’ experiences, with an eye for process improvement and driving efficiency.
· You will build an understanding of the business, our customers, and goals while you help translate multiple high-level strategies into cohesive, executable plans.
· You will present your plans to gain alignment and drive teams towards flawless execution. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing many projects simultaneously and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
· He/she will be highly organized yet flexible, have a strong attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
Experience:
· Shown ability to work across multiple, simultaneous projects with high time demands
· Proven track record of collaboration
· Experience with Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive (or their equivalents with ability to learn & adapt quickly)
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
· 1+ years of marketing campaign planning or project/program management
· Loyalty marketing or personalization experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, or related consulting environment
Education:
· HS Diploma or GED REQUIRED
