What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experience.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance to meet business goals.

• Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain a high standard of food and drink offerings.

• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.

• Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• A love for craft food, beverages, and a creative dining atmosphere.
