Job Description
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks. Prepares and serves a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, liquor, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks. They may also make their own drink recipes.
Maintaining the bar by keeping the bar clean and organized and ensuring that glassware is clean, dry and stocked.
Provides and ensures excellent customer service.
Bartender will accept payment from customers and are responsible for balancing cash receipts at the end of the night.
Verifies customer age by checking customers' identification to confirm they are of legal drinking age.
Maintain inventory by maintaining accurate par levels for all beverages, and submit orders for liquor, beer, and other supplies.
Follow safety procedures by adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Bartender will assist with other duties, will assist with restaurant orders when needed
SERVER-
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.
Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Also, from time to time, we need you to ensure the restrooms are clean. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
