What you will do:

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for solar, battery storage and EV product solutions. 
• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities in commercial solar and EV fields 
• Build relationships with key industry players including installers, EPCs, Developers, and fleet operators. 
• Work close with manufactures and suppliers to ensure product availability, pricing and training support. 
• Manage the full product lifecycle from product selection, onboarding to product phase-out. 
• Provide technical support to internal sales teams and customers, ensuring they understand system configurations, design, principles and performance criteria for C&I solar, BESS & EV charging. 
• Develop product training programs for internal teams and external customers. 
• assist sales teams in developing customized solutions for key commercial accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility. 
• Track and analyze business performance, metrics including revenue, margin, inventory turns, and customer satisfaction. 

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
• 2 - 5 years' of related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Location: the role is remote, with the ideal candidate residing in CA

Salary Range:

• This exempt position pays between $87,700.00 – $119,832.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
