Job Description
Remote Pharmacy Technician
Pay Rate: $16.55/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
Training: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT (6 weeks)
Description:
The Pharmacy Technician will handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other parties, providing professional phone assistance through the criteria-based prior authorization process. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all approvals and denials, and transferring clinical or judgment-related questions to the pharmacist.
