Position: Remote Online Help Assistant (Entry Level)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and efficient online support to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.

- Assist customers with inquiries related to menu items, reservations, and special events.

- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Newport Restaurant Group’s offerings, promotions, and policies.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about the company and its services.

- Support administrative functions as needed, including data entry and report generation.

Requirements:
