At Mainstream Insurance, w e are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Insurance Sales Representative . In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to prospective customers via phone, email, and other virtual communication channels . This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in insurance sales and is willing to learn and grow with us. Or someone who is experienced in the industry. We are seeking a driven individual with a positive attitude to join our team. As an insurance sales representative, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales. You will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities and selling a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. The base salary for the entry-level position is $30,000 per year. With added commission, you may make up to $????? In the 1st year.

We are seeking an experienced insurance sales representative to join our team. As an experienced sales representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own book of business, utilizing your existing network of contacts and leads, and prospecting for new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. A property and casualty license with insurance industry knowledge is a must-have. The base salary for this position is $30,000 per year. With added commission, you may make up to $?????.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
  • Sell a variety of insurance products , including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Process premium payments , policy changes, and updates.
  • Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required in California. Willing to train.
  • Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus! Willing to train.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment . Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish speaking).
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
  • Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
