Were hiring a full-time Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll connect with prospects nationwide, sell Allstates top-tier insurance products, and guide clients through customized protection plans. • Sell personal lines policies, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage
• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and pipeline activity expectations
• Master and implement the agencys proven sales process
• Ask for referrals, including those for our life insurance specialist
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activity

• Must hold an active insurance license
• Proven track record in personal lines insurance sales
• Ability to close at least 12 households per day
• Strong understanding of value-based selling
• Coachable mindset with the discipline to follow a proven process
• Driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Comfortable with outbound calling and remote communication tools
