REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER
The Regional Property Manager is a hands-on, results-driven leader responsible for directly managing a portfolio of communities and driving leasing performance across assigned markets. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Property Management, this role is focused on executing sales strategies, mentoring on-site teams, and delivering exceptional resident experiences that align with the Pointe Grand brand.
This is a sales-first role, designed for a leader who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships, and inspires teams to exceed leasing and occupancy goals.
