Job Summary As a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) , you will lead and manage a team of District Managers and other leaders, providing planning, direction, and guidance to accounts within your region. Your goal is to meet operational and financial objectives while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team of managers and their teams to deliver top-notch service. Build strong relationships with clients and achieve KPIs related to profitability, safety, and engagement. Participate in regional leadership meetings, share best practices, and promote diversity and community building. Own all accounts in your territory, ensuring effective communication and decision-making. Support the RVP in shaping regional culture, ensuring transparency, safety, accountability, and alignment. Represent the company to senior clients and act as an escalation point. Ensure smooth sales and retention processes, including presentations and negotiations. Collaborate on regional initiatives and ensure compliance with QA, policy, and USDA requirements. Develop team members through performance evaluations and succession planning. Manage financial results, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Administer policies fairly and consistently. Stay informed of marketplace trends and participate in strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or eight years of progressive experience in related fields. Preferred Skills Leadership experience with contract/budget management, customer service, and team development. Proven success in growing business and financial acumen. Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills. Proactive, positive, adaptable, and resilient mindset. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive travel required.
