Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Bloomingdale, IL (Hybrid) Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt About the Role : Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a dynamic, outgoing Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. • Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Provide excellent candidate experience through clear, professional communication
• Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bilingual a MUST
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields is a plus but not required-training will be provided
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based in Bloomingdale, IL, combining both remote and in-office work to support our team effectively. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
