We have a great opportunity in our new market of Nashville TN!
Horizon America is a privately owned light industrial staffing firm with our headquarters in New Jersey and offices in NJ, PA, FL, TX, IN and now we are opening a new office in TN!
We place mainly light industrial candidates from pick packing to Forklift drivers and everything in between including light clerical.
We are looking for a recruiter with staffing industry experience, preferably with light industrial experience to support the Nashville TN area.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Sourcing and building a candidate pool using Job boards, social media and networking
Interviewing and onboarding candidates
Filling open job orders in a reasonable amount of time to ensure both our clients and candidates are happy with our service
The recruiter will work in our CRM system, Avionte
Bilingual a plus but not required
