ABOUT THE JOB:Seeking an experienced candidate to play a vital role in shaping the company's future employees and talent. You'll be the key gatekeeper, ensuring new and returning talent aligns with the organizational culture and core values. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company goals. Additionally, you'll be the first point of contact for new hires, guiding them through their initial weeks and ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree or minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and tools as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft
Office Suite & Bilingual in Spanish
• Strictly maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong people skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a
thorough understanding of core HR functions are essential
