Shift: Day (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)


Position Summary


The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process-from job requisition creation to hire-primarily for clinical and allied health positions. This role partners closely with department leaders to assess and fulfill staffing needs, implement effective sourcing and retention strategies, and support the hospital's strategic workforce goals. The Recruiter plays a key role in reducing vacancy rates, minimizing interim labor costs, and enhancing the overall hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and allied health positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and time-to-fill goals.
• Support retention initiatives and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience for both exempt and non-exempt roles within a hospital or healthcare organization .
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
