💼 How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll wear many hats: recruiter, coach, problem-solver, and trusted partner. Your day-to-day might look like:

• Recruiting & Placing Talent: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to find the right people for the right roles. From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll manage the full hiring cycle.
• Supporting Talent: Be a go-to resource for your candidates by checking in, providing feedback, and ensuring they feel seen and supported on assignment.
• Partnering with Clients: Build strong relationships with your client partners by understanding their needs, conducting regular check-ins, and providing tailored hiring solutions.
• Driving Growth: Skill-market top candidates, collaborate with sales, and help identify new business opportunities.
• Keeping Operations Smooth: Support daily operations from timekeeping and payroll to compliance and documentation to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
