What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at Oberg and Associates, LLC, you’ll act as a connector between exceptional candidates and our clients’ hiring needs. Your sales and people skills will shine as you:

• Collaborate with clients: Understand their unique hiring needs, organizational culture, and goals.
• Source and engage candidates: Leverage cold-calling and your professional network to find top talent.
• Sell opportunities: Present roles to candidates and candidates to clients, highlighting the value for both sides.
• Close the deal: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
• Drive results: Meet and exceed placement goals while building lasting candidate and client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We want dynamic, motivated sales-minded professionals who are ready to thrive in a competitive and rewarding environment:

• Proven experience in agency recruiting with a focus on direct hire placements OR prior sales experience in a professional services environment with President's Club & Sales Accomplishments.
• A sales-driven mindset with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• The ability to build trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Experience managing multiple roles and clients while maintaining a focus on results.
• Comfort with leveraging technology tools like ATS and CRM systems.
• Resourceful and relentless drive to succeed
