Job Title: Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Onsite in Vernon, CA

Pay Rate: $26/hour

About the Role:

LHH is seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, to join our client's team. This is a temp-to-hire position located onsite in Vernon, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job ads and source candidates
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment screenings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successful placements and meeting hiring quotas
• Strong skills in MS Office and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
