Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter in the Knoxville area. The position is responsible for research, develop, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:

• Degree in equivalent field preferred

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting and hiring highly preferred

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed required

• Experience utilizing Boolean search methods highly preferred

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Details: Details: M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $23-$28hr; Contract; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
